Josh Morris is an associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP in Washington, DC. He works on complex antitrust matters, including government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and complex litigation. He has worked on antitrust matters in the oil and gas industry, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries. Josh also advises payments processing clients on issues in high-risk sectors, such as gambling and firearms. Prior to joining the firm, Josh served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, where he worked on government investigations, inquiries, and litigations involving alleged violations of federal and DC antitrust laws, including price-fixing and gun-jumping violations. In addition to reviewing proposed mergers and their potential competitive effects, he has supported litigation challenges to high-profile transactions such as the Sprint/T-Mobile merger and other significant actions across the technology, pharmaceutical, and other industries. Josh’s litigation experience includes individual, class action, and multistate litigations, including the negotiation of settlements in consumer protection matters.
