Jonathan Hermann is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. From 2019 to 2020, Mr Hermann served as a law clerk to the Hon Eric N Vitaliano of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. From 2018 to 2019, he served as a law clerk to the Hon Paul J Kelly, Jr of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr Hermann received his BS from Cornell University and his JD magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law.
