Dr Jessica Su, special counsel to JunHe antitrust practice group, is an associate professor specialised in antitrust, competition and trade policies at the Institute of American Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She was involved in the drafting of the implementing regulations of China's Anti-Monopoly Law (AML) and specific cases of the AML enforcement in the auto, ICT, pharmaceutical, medical device, electricity and shipping sectors.Prior to her current positions, Dr Su was a senior consultant at an international law firm, a consultant at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and a secondee at the NDRC.
