Jessica Fechner has worked on a variety of UK and EU competition law matters in her role as a trainee solicitor, including merger control proceedings, competition investigations by the UK’s CMA and guidance on competition law in the context of sustainability. She is carrying out her training in London and Dusseldorf (secondment).
