Jerry Fortinsky, a partner in the litigation practice, focuses on antitrust, securities and other commercial litigation. His antitrust practice includes litigation for a variety of financial institution and corporate clients, across a wide range of industries. He has appeared in courts across the country and has extensive cross-border experience, especially for clients in China, Latin America, Israel and Europe. Before joining the firm in 1991, he served as Assistant to the Governor for Regional Affairs in the Office of Governor Mario M Cuomo and as a law clerk to a federal judge.
