Jennifer S Roach

Jen is a partner in Thompson Hine LLP and a member of its antitrust, competition and trade regulation practice. She focuses her practice on litigating unfair competition, distribution and antitrust matters, and providing advice and guidance to clients concerning compliance with competition laws as they relate to product distribution and pricing. Jen is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the US Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Third Circuits, and US District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.Jen is active in the leadership of the Section of Antitrust Law of the American Bar Association (ABA). Jen is a Vice Chair of the Section’s Pricing Conduct Committee and has edited ABA publications on antitrust law, including the Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments. She is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law.
