Jennifer M Driscoll is counsel at Mayer Brown LLP in Washington, DC. Her practice focuses on antitrust investigations, litigation and counselling. She has represented clients in international cartel investigations, merger investigations before the European Commission, and Sherman Act section 2 class action lawsuits in federal courts. Among other high-profile cases, she has acted for a senior executive of a French company in the marine hose investigation and worked on behalf of the first company to lose a grant of amnesty from the US Department of Justice. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Jennifer worked at law firms in New York, Paris and London.Active in the ABA section of antitrust law, Jennifer is vice chair of the unilateral conduct committee and a member of the long-range planning committee. She has spoken on international cartel and unilateral conduct panels and written articles and papers on those topics.Jennifer earned her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2000, where she was the symposium editor for the Journal of International Economic Law. She also studied at the 1999 Summer Institute of International and Comparative Law at the University de Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. She earned her MPA in 1996 and her BS in 1993 from Cornell University. She is proficient in French.Jennifer is admitted to practise in New York and in England and Wales as a solicitor. She is admitted before the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
