Jason Sangoh Jeon is a partner of the antitrust practice group at Yoon & Yang LLC in Seoul, a leading full-service law firm in Korea with over 350 attorneys and other professionals. His practice focuses on antitrust and fair trade laws (including subcontracting law and franchise business law), international contracts, corporate consulting services and international litigation. He specialises in advising and representing clients in the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s investigations regarding various cartel cases such as the marine hose case, LIBOR case, foreign exchange case, fuel surcharge case, auto parts case, construction companies’ bid-rigging cases and electronic appliance case; unfair supporting behaviour cases; unfair trade practice cases; violation of subcontracting law; violation of franchise business law. And his experience covers claims for damages for violation of antitrust law and administrative litigations against dispositions of the Korea Fair Trade Commission. He has also represented foreign companies in their international lawsuits; domestic and overseas companies regarding international contracts and general corporate matters; and various franchisors regarding litigation and legal advisory matters. Also, he has provided compliance training for major domestic and foreign companies.

He received his LLM from University of Southern California Law School and his BA from Seoul National University.

He is admitted to the Bar of Korea.

He is invited as a compliance training lecturer for several companies and relevant institutions such as Korea Fair Competition Federation and Korea Productivity Centre.
