Jaini Shah

Jaini is an associate with Anjarwalla & Khanna. Her practice focuses mainly on real estate, finance, competition law and corporate commercial law. Jaini has worked on several competition matters involving advising on merger notifications to the Competition Authority of Kenya and the COMESA Competition Commission, advising on restrictive trade practices and compliance with competition law in Kenya.Jaini is a graduate of the University of Bristol and has a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
