Dr Ishita Rajani specialises in the application of microeconomics, econometrics and statistics to complex litigation matters in the areas of antitrust and competition, commercial disputes, labour and employment, and privacy and data security. She has assisted clients and supported experts in the preparation of reports, testimony and related analyses in a number of cases in these areas. She has analysed liability, class certification and damages issues across industries that include healthcare, digital platforms, telecommunications, agriculture and pharmaceuticals. Dr Rajani’s writing on employment issues has appeared in Law360 and her academic research on programme evaluation has been published in Economic Inquiry.
