Irina has been specialising on the application of antimonopoly, advertising and procurement laws for over 15 years. She possesses extensive experience in the implementation of projects involving antimonopoly audits, introducing antimonopoly compliance systems, dealer and distributor relationships, anti-competition agreements, economic concentration, etc. Before joining BGP Litigation, Irina was the head of antitrust practices at major Russian law firms and had worked at the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service for 8 years. Irina is an Associate Professor with the Specialised FAS of Russia Department at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and a teacher of competition law at the Lomonosov Moscow State University. She has authored several monographs and numerous research articles on antitrust regulations. Member of General council of the Association of antitrust experts and the FAS of Russia’s Public Council. She is listed in the Chambers Europe, Best Lawyers, Pravo.Ru-300 and Kommersant rankings.
