Ms. Aguirre de la Cavada is an Associate of the Cuatrecasas EU and Competition Law team in Madrid. She assists and represents national and international companies at national and EU level in different areas of Competition Law (merger control, antitrust and state aid) as well as on regulatory and competition compliance matters.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, Mrs. Aguirre de la Cavada worked in the Competition Law group of another Spanish law firm. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Spanish Association for the Defense of Competition.
She holds a law degree and a business administration degree (2013) from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a Master of Arts in EU Competition Law from King’s College London (2018).
