Ines Bodenstein is a counsel in the competition and antitrust practice of Gleiss Lutz (Stuttgart) with over 10 years of experience in European and German competition law. Ines specialises in cartel fines and administrative proceedings, compliance programmes and internal investigations, antitrust claims for damages and digital competition law. She has been involved in leading cartel damages litigation in Germany, including the extensive trucks damages litigation and the first market-wide collective settlements (fire fighting vehicles cases). Ines has been named by Who’s Who Legal as one of the future leaders in competition (non-partners 2020) and regularly publishes on current matters of competition law, including cartel damages litigation.
