Howard Feller
Howard Feller is a partner in the Richmond office of McGuireWoods LLP and is chair of the firm’s antitrust and trade regulation department. He concentrates his practice on antitrust litigation, criminal antitrust investigations, antitrust merger investigations and commercial litigation. Mr Feller’s practice also includes handling investigations before federal and state government agencies, advertising issues, and franchising and distribution matters. He has worked extensively on antitrust issues in many diverse industries, and has substantial experience in conducting antitrust audits and antitrust compliance programmes.Mr Feller currently serves as the chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law. He previously served as the chair elect, vice chair, finance officer, secretary and communications officer, chair of the programme committee, co-chair of Sherman Act Section 1 Committee, and chair of the Health Care Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section. Mr Feller is also a past editor of the Section 1 Newsletter and the Antitrust Health Care Chronicle, published by the ABA Antitrust Section, as well as a past chair of the Antitrust Section of the Virginia State Bar. In addition, he has made many speeches and written a number of articles on various antitrust issues.He received a BA degree from the University of Virginia in 1975 and a JD degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1978.
