Harris (Xubei) Zhang is an associate in Fangda’s antitrust team. He focuses on advising clients on antitrust and competition law matters in China. He has experience in advising clients on merger notifications in China, antitrust investigations and other enforcement actions, and antitrust counselling and compliance. He has represented clients across different industries, including the semiconductor, automotive, pulp, technology, agrochemical and transportation sectors. Prior to joining Fangda, Harris worked in a leading Chinese law firm specialising in antitrust matters.
