Hany Omran is an associate at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy. His experience includes working in different legal venues on cases involving sports, oil and gas, maritime and construction agreements, as well as competition-related cases including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures with the Egyptian Competition Authority. Prior to joining Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy, Hany gained nine years of professional experience in governmental and international development programmes. Omran acquired his LLB from the Faculty of Law English Section, Cairo University in 2010 and his LLM in international commerce and private law in 2012 from Ain Shams University.
