Giuseppina Napoli

Giuseppina Napoli is an associate at Studio Legale Monaco & Associati which she joined in June 2012.Before the creation of Studio Legale Monaco & Associati she worked for the Italian Antitrust Authority and for the leading Italian telecommunications company.She has developed a wide expertise in regulatory and competition law, and commercial law with a particular focus on the telecommunications and audiovisual media.She is a graduate of LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. She is in the second year of study for her PhD at the European University of Rome.
