Gaurav is a qualified lawyer and company secretary based in Platinum Partners' New Delhi office. After completing his LLM from Kings College, London, Gaurav joined the firm in 2006. Gaurav has been involved in advising a number of international clients, including Anheuser-Busch InBev, Diageo, Mylan, British Gas and Danone, on a range of antitrust matters. With the coming into force of the merger control regime in India in 2011, Gaurav has been involved in the filing of the country's first two long-form notifications with the Competition Commission of India.
