Gannam Rifkah is a senior associate at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (WilmerHale). He focuses on antitrust and competition counselling, investigations, and litigation. At WilmerHale Mr Rifkah helped represent a global biopharmaceutical company obtain merger clearance with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which included the divestiture of certain assets. Mr. Rifkah has counselled a number of companies facing US Department of Justice and FTC investigations related to price-fixing, no-poach agreements and retroactive merger review.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr Rifkah was as an associate at another law firm and worked on antitrust law matters. He helped draft an FTC complaint focusing on anticompetitive conduct in digital advertising.
