Representative of the new generation of lawyers at Magalhães e Dias – Advocacia, Gabriel Nogueira Dias is notable for his academic expertise and intense involvement in the highly complex cases of our important clients.He has an LLB from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP), and an LLM and an LLD from the Law School of Bonn (Germany).As former adviser to the presidency of the Administrative Council of Economic Defence (CADE), Gabriel Nogueira Dias was directly responsible for the development of new resolutions and opinions during his tenure. Currently, he is also director of IBRAC’s Legislative Monitoring.He is the author of several articles and an award-winning book published by the German publisher Mohr Siebeck.
