François Gordon is counsel at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, advising French and international companies on all aspects of European and French competition law, including merger control, cartels, abuses of dominant position and private enforcement. His practice encompasses counselling, litigation and transactional matters across an array of industries.

François graduated from the Essec Business School (Grande Ecole), King’s College London (LLM) and University Paris II Panthéon Assas. He lectures on competition law at the Essec business school.
