Floris ten Have

Floris is a member of the EU, competition and regulated markets practice of Stibbe Amsterdam. His practice covers transnational cartels and litigation. He deals with the whole range of competition law cases, including cartels, abuse of a dominant position, merger control, state aid, distribution and cooperation agreements. In his practice at Stibbe, he advises both national and international clients who are active in various industries, such as energy, health, communications, media and transport sectors. For the past four years, Floris has been a member of the Stibbe pro bono committee.In addition, between 2013–2014, Floris has been a foreign associate in a leading US law firm in the antitrust litigation practice.
