Florence Crisp

Florence Crisp is a partner and co-chair of the antitrust/competition practice group of Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP. Ms Crisp regularly advises clients of all types on merger control issues in the United States, including assessments of whether proposed mergers may violate the Clayton Act and on related Hart-Scott-Rodino Act issues. Ms Crisp also has experience working with foreign antitrust counsel on merger control issues outside of the United States. Ms Crisp has handled merger control for small transactions to those involving US$8.8 billion across the following industries: healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, cosmetics, equipment manufacturing and biotechnology, among others. Ms Crisp also represents clients in antitrust litigation matters, including major multidistrict antitrust cases such as In re Insurance Brokerage Antitrust Litigation and In re Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation.
