Falk Schöning is a partner in Hogan Lovells’ Brussels office and head of the firm’s EU state aid practice. He can assist you regarding all questions and problems of EU and German antitrust law, EU state aid law and export control law. Falk also has experience of policymaking in Brussels and Berlin and can assist clients effectively in policy advocacy projects. Clients praise Falk as solution-orientated, pragmatic and reliable.
