Fadi Metanios

Fadi is a senior consultant with the competition practice at AZB & Partners in Delhi. Before joining AZB, he worked both in private practice and at the Australian competition authority, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). At the ACCC he served in various capacities in the mergers, enforcement and telecommunications sections from 2004 to 2012. While in private practice, he advised a number of Australian-listed and large private companies as well as multinational companies on a wide variety of competition law and regulatory matters.Fadi received his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in law from the University of Western Sydney and the University of New South Wales respectively. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in economics for competition law from the Kings College in London.
