Fabian Martens, LLM, LLM, MA is a partner and a member of the competition and trade group at Pestalozzi. He has profound experience in Swiss and European competition law and antitrust and public procurement law. His experience includes all aspects of competition law, including horizontal and vertical agreements, abuse of dominance or relative market power and merger control. Fabian advises and represents clients before all civil and administrative authorities in Switzerland.
Fabian holds two international LLM degrees from New York University and the National University of Singapore and a masters of arts in economics for competition law from King’s College, London. He regularly publishes in the field of competition law and lectures at Swiss universities and abroad. In 2021, Fabian was awarded the Lexology Client Choice Award in Competition Law for Switzerland.
