Erik Kjær-Hansen

Erik Kjær-Hansen focuses on competition law and public procurement law. His competition law work mainly relates to dominance issues, cartel investigations, private enforcement and merger control. He is an experienced litigator and is admitted to the Danish Supreme Court. He holds an LLM degree from Harvard Law School.
