Eric David

Eric David is counsel within the competition and EU law practice of the Paris office. His practice focuses on all aspects of European Law and (European and French) competition law: antitrust cases, compliance and dawn raid programmes, state aid, merger filing procedures, as well as the coordination of multi-jurisdictional filings. Eric also advises on trade agreements and has in-depth experience of commercial litigation.
