Enzo Marasà’s practice focuses on antitrust, as well as regulatory and unfair commercial practices.

Over his nearly 20-year career, Enzo has continuously assisted national and multinational companies on some of the most complex issues of competition and EU law, such as merger control, anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, private antitrust litigation, restrictive regulatory measures on free movement in the single market, distribution or cooperation agreements between competitors, technology transfers and implementation of antitrust compliance programmes.

He has particular experience in the following sectors: telecommunications and internet, electronic payment services, e-commerce, fashion and luxury, and pharmaceutical and biomedical. Enzo represents clients before the Italian Competition Authority, the European Commission and the courts of the European Union.

Enzo was awarded a law degree in 2003 and a postgraduate diploma in 2004 in national and EU competition law, both by the University of Milan.

He has authored numerous publications as well as articles in the main national newspapers and prestigious international legal journals in the field of competition law and is regularly invited as a speaker at some of the most important Italian and international conferences in the antitrust field.
