Elske Raedt

Elske Raedts is a senior associate in the Freshfields antitrust group and is based in Hong Kong. She has also worked in the firm’s antitrust team in Amsterdam and in Brussels. Elske advises on the full range of competition law matters, including investigations, advisory matters, complex multi-jurisdictional mergers filings and follow-on damages litigation. Building on her experience in intellectual property law (with a focus on cross-border patent litigation), she is also involved in the interface of IP and competition law.
