Eliot Turner is a senior associate in the Houston office, where he works in the antitrust disputes group and represents clients in defending and prosecuting claims under sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, as well as section 7 of the Clayton Act and state antitrust laws. Eliot also counsels clients on antitrust issues and represents them in government investigations. Eliot clerked for Judge Phyllis Kravitch of the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta, and for Chief Judge Royce C Lamberth of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Eliot is a member of the editorial board of Litigation, the journal of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation.
