Mr Searby is a partner with Baker Hostetler and a former federal prosecutor. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in major antitrust cases including In re Rubber Chemicals Antitrust, In re EPDM Antitrust, In re Scrap Metal Antitrust, and In re Plastic Additives Antirust. In these and other noteworthy cases, he has successfully represented clients at all stages of antitrust litigation from the pleadings through to a jury verdict in a class action antitrust case. Mr Searby has also taught antitrust law in a World Bank-sponsored programme in Africa and counselled on the revision of competition laws. He has further presented at the ABA Class Action National Institute.
