Doug Tifft is an associate in the Washington, DC, office of Latham & Watkins, and a member of the antitrust and competition group. He helps clients navigate US and international regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions, complex civil antitrust litigation, and government investigations into alleged anticompetitive conduct. Prior to joining Latham, Mr Tifft clerked for Judge Mary Beck Briscoe of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and Judge William O Bertelsman of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Mr Tifft received his JD from the University of Michigan Law School. During law school, he was a contributing editor for the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Journal.
