Donghoon Yi
Kim & ChangDonghoon Yi is a foreign attorney in the corporate, antitrust and competition, and M&A practice groups at Kim & Chang. Since joining the firm in 2006, Donghoon Yi has been extensively involved in advising multinational corporate clients in matters concerning both M&A and competition law, with a particular focus on cartel and unfair trade practice investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission.Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr Yi was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in Hong Kong from 2002 to 2006. He studied Economics and International Relations at Brown University, graduating in 1995, and received a Master of Government Administration from the Fels Center of Government at the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. He graduated in 1999 with a JD from the University of Virginia, School of Law.
