Donatas Mykolaitis

Donatas Mykolaitis is an antitrust attorney focusing on the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising businesses on regulatory investigations and other compliance issues. He has counselled clients in a number of industries, including pharmaceuticals, basic industries, life-sciences, transport and logistics. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Brussels office, Donatas worked for other leading law firms and served as an official in the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission.
