Dieter Thalhammer

Dieter Thalhammer is a partner and the head of the competition law practice group of Eisenberger & Herzog. He is a renowned expert on European and national competition law and represents clients in a broad range of industries, including transport, automotive, energy, telecommunication, banking and finance, consumer goods and postal services. He has a strong focus on merger control cases as well as on cartel and abuse-of-dominance cases.
