Dayu Man is a counsel in Clifford Chance’s antitrust practice. He has advised multinational and Chinese domestic corporations, investment banks and private equity firms on antitrust matters in relation to both merger filings and conduct rules. Before joining the firm, Dayu worked with a top Chinese law firm in its Beijing office and a leading US law firm in its Washington, DC office. Dayu has been recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific as one of the ‘Rising Stars’ in the practice of ‘China Antitrust & Competition’ (2020, 2021 and 2022).
