David Meyer is a partner in the global antitrust law practice group in Morrison & Foerster LLP’s Washington, DC office and former principal deputy assistant attorney general in the DOJ’s Antitrust Division. He represents clients in a wide range of industries in all aspects of antitrust law, including mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, litigation and strategic counselling to manage antitrust risks.According to The Legal 500, clients credit Mr Meyer’s ‘deep expertise and a very strong intellect’.
