David Kully is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Washington, DC office and head of the firm’s antitrust team. He has extensive experience representing clients with issues before the US antitrust enforcement agencies and in court, and regularly counsels clients concerning all aspects of antitrust law and enforcement. Before joining Holland & Knight in 2016, he served for 18 years with the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, most recently as chief of a litigating section of 25 attorneys that was responsible for major antitrust enforcement actions and investigations in the credit cards, real estate, book publishing and media and entertainment industries.
