David Kleban is counsel in the firm’s litigation department, where he represents clients in a variety of litigation contexts from pre-suit investigation to appeal and judgment collection. Mr Kleban has assisted major media entities in the enforcement of their intellectual property rights in news content. He has also advised and represented investment firms and monoline insurers regarding claims concerning mortgagebacked securities. He has represented clients in investigations under the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, among other complex investigations and lawsuits.
Mr Kleban received his BA magna cum laude from Duke University and his JD cum laude from Harvard Law School.
