David H Evans

David H Evans is a partner with Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Mr Evans chairs Chadbourne's antitrust and competition law practice. His work includes representation of clients before the US Department of Justice/Antitrust Division and the US Federal Trade Commission; civil and criminal litigation; international merger compliance; and counselling. He currently serves as the chair of the legislation committee and co-chair of the technology and financial resources task force of the ABA section of antitrust law. He has previously served on the ABA Council, as co-chair of the section's computer and internet committee, chair of the internet committee, co-chair of the 2007 consumer protection conference, and as consumer protection coordinator. Mr Evans was also a non-resident fellow at Stanford University School of Law's Center for Internet and Society and is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is the editor of the section's Electronic Commerce: Antitrust and Consumer Protection in the Information Age (2010). Mr Evans graduated from Northwestern University in 1991 and from the Northwestern University School of Law in 1995.
