David Emanuelson

David Emanuelson's practice focuses on complex private antitrust litigation and also includes criminal antitrust investigations, antitrust compliance and merger analysis. He has successfully litigated on both the plaintiff and defence side on a range federal and state antitrust and complex litigation matters including cases in the microprocessor, insurance brokerage, automotive refinishing paint, supermarket, and synthetics industries. David is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, and is a contributor to its 2008 Annual Summary of Antitrust Law Developments.
