Daniel is a senior associate in the Herbert Smith Freehills Brussels competition, regulation and trade practice and advises clients on all aspects of EU competition law, including merger control, cartel and antitrust investigations, horizontal and vertical agreements, compliance programmes and state aid. Daniel has acted in multi-jurisdictional merger control reviews of major transactions across multiple sectors, and foreign direct investment reviews for potential transactions.
