Claire Morgan is a principal associate in the Eversheds Sutherland Competition, EU and Trade team. She has experience in a broad range of competition law matters, including the application of competition law to commercial agreements and arrangements, cartel investigations, creating tailored compliance and training material for clients on competition law. Claire’s primary focus is on merger control. She has acted for a clients across a range of industries, and has notified many deals and achieved clearances in front of the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority, as well as managing filing processes across a number of jurisdictions such as China, Russia, Ukraine and the United States. Claire is also an Irish qualified solicitor, having trained and worked in a leading firm in Dublin. She has degrees in law (LLB) from Trinity College Dublin (2002–2006) and intellectual property and competition (LLM) from the London School of Economics (2008–2009).
