Christine Graham

Christine Graham is an associate in the antitrust and competition practice at Cooley. Christine advises clients in a broad range of sectors on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, most notably, in the technology, media and communications sectors. Her experience covers a wide range of antitrust issues including EU and UK merger control, article 101 and Chapter I investigations, article 102 and Chapter II issues, and competition law litigation. Christine also has extensive experience of advising clients on competition law compliance strategies and on issues in relation to distribution and joint venture arrangements.Christine was seconded in 2017 to the UK government working on Brexit-related matters.
