A specialist in French and Community competition law and regulatory matters, Charlotte has developed in-depth expertise in the fields of the media, telecommunications, energy and pharmaceuticals. She is sought after for her ability to handle complex and strategic issues, by the competition authorities and by French and European regulatory bodies. Before establishing Freget Tasso de Panafieu, she was a founding partner of law firm LexCase and was responsible for the competition department. After Stibble (now Latham & Watkins) and Bird & Bird, she worked as legal counsel from American Chemical group Dupont de Nemours.
