Brad Tennis’s practice focuses on global government conduct investigations, antitrust litigation and counselling, particularly on emerging antitrust issues in high-technology sectors. He has represented clients in the software, computer and networking hardware, online advertising, internet infrastructure, physical security, pharmaceuticals and media industries. He was on the team representing Deutsche Telekom in T-Mobile’s merger with Sprint, a matter selected by Global Competition Review as the competition ‘Matter of the Year’ in 2020.
