Atsushi Kono

Mr. Kono is an associate at the firm with wide-ranging experience in advising Japanese and foreign companies on competition law issues, including merger filing and unfair trade practices. He has also been involved in cases regarding the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, including leakage of trade secrets. Mr. Kono has been admitted as an attorney in Japan since 2016 and is a member of the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association.
