Arunima Chatterjee

Arunima Chatterjee is a member of the competition practice in AZB & Partners’ New Delhi office. She has advised and assisted in several ongoing antitrust cases involving cartels at the CCI, the NCLAT, the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India (including leniency proceedings), and abuse of dominance in various sectors including airlines, automobiles, pharmaceuticals and information technology. She has advised and assisted in the notification of several mergers and acquisitions in various sectors including healthcare services (through hospitals), digital payment mechanisms, finance and industrial coatings.
