Arnaud Sanz advises on all aspects of competition law, including restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance and merger control with a particular expertise in cartel investigations, multi-filings and contractual audits.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright in April 2010, he worked at Orrick Rambaud Martel from 2005 to 2008 and assisted the Sequana group on antitrust and competition law matters as in-house counsel from 2008 to 2010.
On several occasions, he also reinforced the competition teams of large groups, on secondment, particularly in the pharmaceutical and energy sectors.
Arnaud is a graduate of Cergy-Pontoise University and holds a DJCE master’s degree in business law and a certificate of specialisation in competition law (2001). Arnaud was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004.
